The venue was clean and fairly large. The staff were pleasant and accommodating and the pool area was lovely. They gave me elegant and air conditioned room with a nice view, a fan, for instance. The location was stunning, a 10-15 minute walk from St Mary the Virgin Church. The restaurant was good and the food was amazing!

Spacious Room
When booking ensure there's no wedding on as both bars will have no seating or tables as used for the function. The the staff give preference to the quests totally ignoring residents. We intended to have a romantic evening meal but as the dinning area is close to the marque all the wedding guest were peering through the window resembling an aquarium

Very nice hotel. However being treat like 3rd class Citizens was not appreciated. Car had to be parked in a field when there was room at front of hotel. Pushed into a corner for breakfast and no access to dining area. Very poor service at table.

The spa and beauty facilities were very handy and the location quiet. The food was excellent quality.
I slept badly as there were random banging noises during the night! Also felt the breakfast was over-priced.

The staff at the Hotel accommodated everything we wanted. We were greeted on arrival by a warm welcome. The room was warm and welcoming too. Very clean and comfortable. We would reccommend this hotel.

The spacious Executive Double Room provided a comfortable stay, and breakfast was a highlight with a variety of options. The air conditioning was not functioning, leading to discomfort during the night. This hotel is great for a short getaway, but improvements are needed in room temperature control.

The hotel overall was really good and I thought the housekeeping team did a wonderful job. The room was a good size, as was the bathroom. I particularly loved the open fires in the lounge areas.
~There was not really enough wardrobe space.

I really enjoyed stopping at this hotel, staff were brilliant, extremely clean & tidy & nice "feel " to the hotel, I would highly recommend
Could do with a Flatscreen monitor in each room rather than old style TV.
